PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE – WINTER MONTHS
Weather conditions have been fairly mild, but cold temperatures are inevitable. We invite you to take
advantage of our Preventive Maintenance Service. This service, which takes approximately an hour per
system to complete, will allow us to check your system(s) thoroughly and:
- Identify weak or worn parts which might fail during peak operating times
- Inspect your duct work for issues which could result in significant heat loss
- Ensure that your system is running at peak efficiency, which can lead to lower energy costs
- As a result of this check-up, you can avoid costly and untimely breakdowns, your home will be more comfortable, PLUS
- You can extend the life of your system(s)
* Parts are extra, but we will install parts only with your prior approval.
