Since 2003 Nascair has served the Mint Hill area and seen a large variety of units due to the area’s older homes as well as a mixture of large homes built within the last 20 years. Through our experience installing and servicing a number of new HVAC Heating and Air Condition units as builders work to update the existing homes as well as build new ones. This being said there are a number of older homes still using the R22 refrigerant that has been phased out since 2020.
