We placed a call around 8:00 and they had service techs out here within 3 hours. Communication with the scheduling department was great- she even called and narrowed down their repair window so I didn’t have to sit at home waiting on a technician. Our A/C stopped working on Monday and Stan was at our house at 8 am Tuesday. Stan Edwards made my day! I woke up with no heat today. I called a competitor recommended by a friend. The technician came out and said I needed a compression switch, ignition control board, and an ignitor. I found my paperwork from purchasing the unit from NASCAIR in 2013 and I decided to have a NASCAIR tech come out to see what was under warranty. Stan showed up and fixed my problem in 10 minutes. It was simply a broken wire from the thermostat to the control board and a clogged pressure switch port. The cost was just the service call. I am so happy to have heat so quickly and to have had Stan’s expertise. Thank you Stan for making my day!
